Wash and shampoo the hair, then towel dry and squeeze out excess water. Spread the mask over dump hair and massage well until thoroughly absorbed into hair and scalp. Wait 5-10 minutes and rinse off. (To maximize the beneficial effect, wrap hair in a towel while waiting).
